JESSE
Senior Vice President
The Jedi of Eastgate. Jesse developed many of the techniques and processes that eventually became EG, the well-oiled machine. He‘s the guy that your expert packaging consultant calls when they don’t know the answer. He’s a proud father of four and a graduate of the University of Louisville.
CHELSA
Client Service Coordinator
Chelsa is the shining light of EG’s customer-first culture. She ensures that our partners have a wonderful experience from beginning to end including on-boarding, production scheduling, and logistics planning. Outside of work, Chelsa enjoys hiking, painting, collecting antiques, and attending FC Cincinnati games.
BRAD
Graphics Manager
Brad joined EG in 1996 and built the Graphics and Pre-Press department from the ground up. A graduate of Columbus College of Art and Design, Brad is an accomplished artist and an avid handyman on the weekends. He has three daughters and enjoys camping and coaching youth softball.
GRADY
President
Grady began his career on Wall Street shortly after earning his degree from Purdue University. He joined Eastgate as Vice President of Business Development, where he played a pivotal role in driving growth. Today, Grady oversees the company’s strategic direction and focuses on strengthening its brand. Outside of work, he enjoys quality time with his wife and two sons, meeting new people, and exploring the world.
KELLEY
Quality Manager
No project makes it to completion without passing through Kelley‘s hands. She’s held nearly every role in the company since joining us in 2006, but it was her obsession with flawless packaging that led her to become our Quality Manager. In her free time, Kelley enjoys attending concerts, weight lifting, being outdoors, and remodeling her house.
TRACEE
Director of HR & AP/AR
Tracee has an endless supply of energy when it comes to making Eastgate an amazing place to work for employees. She oversees all aspects of our HR department including recruitment, benefits, compliance, and spoiling the team with baked goods. She’s a proud mother of two and loves to travel and spend time with family.
