What’s the minimum order quantity?
We work on projects of all sizes, ranging from a few thousand units to multiple millions. Whether or not a certain quantity makes sense for both you and us will depend on the details of the project. Regardless, we’ll always help you find the best solution for your project.
What are your turnaround times?
Turn-around times vary depending on the specific details of the project and how quickly certain prerequisites can be met, such as the receiving of components or approval of artwork. It’s important to us that we’re open and up-front with customers about estimated timing so that we can meet (or exceed!) expectations. That being said, our size is the perfect sweet spot between “big enough to scale with your fastest growing product” and “small enough to be nimble & genuinely care about you and your brand”.
What categories of products do you work on?
We work on all kinds of products – health and beauty, home fragrance, food and beverage, craft beer, soda, kombucha, spirits & liquor, automotive, household & cleaning, outdoor and garden, and more! We have a wide variety of tooling & state-of-the-art equipment that we can utilize to make your product look amazing, no matter what category of product it is. We hold a USDA Organic Handler certification, Kosher certification, GFSI food safety & quality certification, and use culinary grade steam & air in our facility!
What kinds of package decorating can you do?
Our three primary methods of package decoration are shrink sleeve, pressure sensitive label, and screen printing. Not sure which method of decorating is right for your product? No problem! Our team would be happy to discuss the pros and cons of each method and assist you in the development process, from beginning to end.
Can you help me adjust my artwork?
Of course! We have an in-house graphics department that can help with any pre-press work to ensure that your final product will look fantastic. There’s an art & science to preparing artwork for each particular decoration method and we’ve spent over 30 years perfecting it.
What information do you need in order to quote a project?
- Drawings, photos and/or samples of the container
- Packing specifications of the containers (inbound and outbound)
- Order volume
- Number of SKUs
- Label specs if already made, otherwise we’ll provide our recommendations

We’re conveniently located in the heart of Midwest, USA – just between Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio. We have customers as close as our own backyard and as far away as South Korea. Whether you’re near or far, we’re here to help.

What size containers can you handle?
Most of the containers that we decorate range from 1 ounce to 1 gallon in size.
